# Support

## Common Issues

1. “Game needs to be running” message
   * Open **CS2** before launching the loader
2. Loader closes instantly
   * Make sure all antivirus and security software is fully disabled
   * Check Windows Defender, third-party AV, and real-time protection
3. Loader won’t start
   * Disable **Memory Integrity** in Windows Security
   * Restart your PC after disabling it 
4. License key invalid or HWID is wrong
   * Open a support ticket on **Discord** for a HWID reset or key check
5. Menu not appearing in-game

   * Wait longer after injection
   * Restart **CS2** and try again<br>
