Refund Policy — unixx.shop

1. All Sales Are Final

By completing a purchase on unixx.shop, you agree to this Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service, and waive any right to request a refund, reversal, or chargeback under any circumstance. Due to the nature of our digital products and services, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Device or system incompatibility
  • Use of incorrect or unauthorized payment methods
  • Failure to follow instructions or misuse
  • Discounted products or gift cards
  • Gifted transactions or store credit transfers

You acknowledge that all essential information, requirements, and terms were clearly provided before checkout.

2. Gifted Transactions — Strictly Non-Refundable

Any transaction involving the gifting of products, store credit, or the purchase of a gift card is strictly and irrevocably final. The following applies without exception:

Manual User ID Entry. To send a gift or transfer store credit, you must manually enter the recipient’s unique User ID — a system-generated identifier that cannot be guessed or obtained without direct involvement from the recipient. This deliberate manual action is recorded as verified proof of intent.

No Accidental Gift Claims. Once a gifted transaction is completed, no claim of accident, mistake, or unintended action will be accepted. The requirement to manually enter a unique User ID eliminates any reasonable basis for claiming the transaction was accidental. By completing the transaction, you acknowledged full awareness of the recipient and the finality of the transfer.

No Fraud Claims on Completed Gifts. Any attempt to claim fraud or unauthorized use in connection with a completed gifted transaction — where your account was used to enter a valid User ID and confirm the transaction — will be treated as a bad-faith dispute. We will provide all available records to the relevant payment processor, financial institution, or legal authority as evidence of intentional and authorized action, including:

  • IP address and geolocation at time of transaction
  • Device fingerprint and browser session data
  • Timestamps of all actions in the transaction flow
  • The User ID as entered by the sender
  • Payment confirmation records

Wrong Recipient. If you send a gift to an incorrect user due to your own error, unixx.shop is not obligated to and will not recover, redirect, or compensate for that transaction. Verification of the recipient’s User ID before submission is solely your responsibility.

Gift Cards. Gift card codes are non-refundable, have no cash value, and are a completed sale upon issuance. Once issued or redeemed, a gift card cannot be cancelled, reversed, or replaced. Lost, stolen, or misused codes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first will result in:

  • Permanent ban from our platform
  • Immediate revocation of all product access
  • Legal or collection action if necessary

We reserve the right to submit all available evidence to payment processors or financial institutions to dispute any unauthorized chargeback, including full transaction logs for gifted or transferred transactions.

4. Cryptocurrency Payments

If you pay using cryptocurrency:

  • We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address.
  • Incorrect amounts (over/under) may result in lost funds.
  • All crypto transactions are final and non-reversible.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your order, you may contact us with full order details. Support is offered at our discretion and does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

6. Abuse and Fraud

We reserve the right to decline assistance in cases of user negligence, fraud, or abuse. Any abuse of our refund policy, Gifting Features, or support channels may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

7. User Agreement

By completing a purchase on unixx.shop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service in full. You acknowledge that all sales are final and waive any right to dispute or reverse the transaction.

8. No Cooling-Off Period

Due to the immediate access and nature of digital goods, purchases made on unixx.shop are not subject to any cooling-off period or withdrawal rights.

9. Policy Availability

This Refund Policy is made available at checkout and in the website footer. By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to its terms.

10. No Modifications

This Refund Policy may not be altered or overridden by any verbal or written communication unless explicitly authorized in writing by unixx.shop management.

Billing Descriptor

Charges will appear on your statement as “UNIXX.SHOP” or a similar variation. Please ensure you recognize this before initiating a dispute.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse

Any attempt to exploit our refund policy, file false disputes, or engage in chargeback fraud will result in permanent account termination and may lead to legal action.

12. Security Software Detections

A detection or flag of our software by antivirus, anti-malware, or similar security tools does not constitute a defect, failure of delivery, or any valid basis for a refund or chargeback. Such detections are a known characteristic of certain categories of software and do not indicate that our software is harmful or malicious. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understood this prior to checkout and accept full responsibility for managing your own security software configuration.

13. Third-Party System Changes

A product being flagged by any third-party system or software, or becoming non-functional following a third-party update or platform change, does not constitute grounds for a refund, replacement, or compensation of any kind. These are known and accepted risks disclosed at the point of purchase.

14. Pricing Errors

If a product was purchased at an incorrectly listed price due to a technical error or misconfiguration, unixx.shop reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of the amount paid. This is the sole remedy available in such cases.

15. Reversed Payments and Recovery

If a chargeback or payment reversal is successfully processed against unixx.shop despite being unauthorized or bad-faith, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the full reversed amount plus any associated fees through collections, civil proceedings, or other legal means.
