Terms of Service (TOS) — unixx.shop

Introduction

Welcome to unixx.shop. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of unixx.shop (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a platform offering digital software and related services. By using our website, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal consent to purchase digital products. By using unixx.shop, you represent that you meet these requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Products and Services

unixx.shop sells digital software and related services. All products are delivered electronically upon purchase. Due to the nature of these products, you accept that software performance or compatibility may vary depending on your hardware or software environment. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

3. Payment and Delivery

Payments are accepted via listed methods, including cryptocurrencies. All payments are processed securely. Delivery of digital products occurs instantly or within the timeframe specified at purchase. In some cases, additional verification may be required before processing your order.

4. No Refunds and Chargebacks

All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. If you experience issues, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use products only as intended and legally permitted.
  • Not share, redistribute, or resell any purchased product.
  • Comply with all instructions and terms related to product use.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them with others.

Misuse or violation may result in account termination without refund.

6. Gifting Features — Confirmed Intent and Non-Reversibility

unixx.shop provides features that allow users to gift products or store credit to other registered accounts. The following terms apply to all use of these features and constitute a binding condition of use.

Unique User ID Requirement. To send a gift or transfer store credit to another user, you must manually enter that user’s unique User ID. This ID is a system-generated identifier assigned exclusively to each account — it cannot be guessed, approximated, or obtained without direct involvement from the recipient. It functions equivalently to a unique personal identifier and its deliberate entry constitutes verified knowledge of the intended recipient.

Confirmed Intent. By entering a recipient’s User ID and completing a gifted transaction, you irrevocably confirm that:

  • You intended to send the product or value to that specific account.
  • You are the authorized holder of the account initiating the transaction.
  • You understand the transaction is final and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
  • You will not claim the transaction was accidental, unauthorized, or fraudulent after the fact.

No Reversal of Gifted Transactions. Once a gift or transfer has been completed, it cannot be reversed, recalled, or refunded. This applies regardless of whether the recipient claims they did not want the gift, whether the sender claims the transaction was a mistake, or any other post-transaction claim. The deliberate manual entry of a unique User ID constitutes unambiguous, informed consent to the transaction.

Fraud and Dispute Claims. Any attempt to claim fraud, unauthorized use, or accidental action in connection with a completed gifted transaction — where the sender’s account was used to enter a valid User ID and confirm the transaction — will be treated as a bad-faith dispute. We will provide all available evidence to the relevant payment processor, financial institution, or legal authority, including but not limited to:

  • IP address and geolocation at the time of the transaction
  • Device fingerprint and browser session data
  • Timestamps of all actions taken during the transaction flow
  • The User ID as entered by the sender
  • Payment confirmation records

Fraudulent dispute claims may result in permanent account termination and referral for civil or criminal legal action.

Sender Liability. The sender bears full and sole responsibility for verifying the correct recipient User ID before completing any gifted transaction. unixx.shop is not liable for gifts sent to incorrect accounts as a result of sender error and is under no obligation to recover, redirect, or compensate for such transactions.

Gift Cards. Gift card codes are non-refundable, have no cash value, and represent a completed sale upon issuance. Once a gift card code is issued or redeemed it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or replaced. Lost, stolen, or misused codes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

7. Intellectual Property

All products, content, and intellectual property on unixx.shop remain the exclusive property of unixx.shop or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the purchased software per these terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software purchased from unixx.shop.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. unixx.shop does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that products will meet your specific requirements. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, unixx.shop is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or system failures. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless unixx.shop and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of our products, or use of our Gifting Features.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve any disputes individually and waive your right to participate in class actions or jury trials. All disputes shall be resolved under the laws applicable to the operations of unixx.shop, and any legal proceedings shall be handled in a competent jurisdiction as determined by unixx.shop.

13. Third-Party Hosting and Services

unixx.shop uses third-party hosting providers and infrastructure services to operate the Site and deliver our products. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the reliability and security of these services, we do not control and are not responsible for any failures, breaches, or issues arising from third-party systems.

14. Force Majeure

unixx.shop shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, cyberattacks, government restrictions, or third-party service failures.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and unixx.shop regarding your use of the services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. No Waiver

Failure by unixx.shop to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights.

18. Copyright Complaints and Legal Notices

unixx.shop respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with applicable laws regarding online content. If you believe that any material hosted on or accessible through this site infringes your copyright or other legal rights, you must submit a formal written notice in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512©(3), or other applicable legal framework.

All such notices must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized agent
  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
  • Contact information of the complaining party
  • A statement of good faith belief
  • A statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury

unixx.shop reserves the right to ignore or reject any notice that does not comply with these requirements or that appears to be submitted in bad faith.

19. No Retroactive Liability

unixx.shop shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use, resale, or distribution of products prior to any takedown, removal, or legal notice. All liabilities are limited to the date of formal notification and apply only to the specific product identified.

We comply with all valid takedown requests as outlined in Section 18. Upon receiving proper notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified product. We rely on upstream suppliers to ensure the legality of the products offered and do not knowingly list infringing content.

20. Gift Cards & Gifting

Gift cards and gifted purchases are non-refundable and have no cash value. Once a gift card code is issued or a gift is delivered, it is the recipient’s responsibility to redeem and use it. unixx.shop is not liable for lost, stolen, or unused gift card codes. We are not responsible for any issues arising from gifting to incorrect recipients. All gift card purchases are subject to the same no-refund policy as standard purchases. See Section 6 for the full terms governing gifted transactions.

21. Product Lifetime & Duration

“Lifetime” access refers to the lifetime of the product or service, not the lifetime of the purchaser. If a product is discontinued, the underlying software becomes unsupported, the game it targets receives an update that breaks compatibility, or unixx.shop ceases operations, access to that product will end without notice or compensation. Subscription durations (e.g. 1 day, 7 days, 30 days) refer to the period of access from the date of purchase and are subject to the same conditions. unixx.shop makes no guarantee of continued availability for any product or duration tier.

22. Account Ban Liability

unixx.shop is not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of our software, including but not limited to the suspension, restriction, or termination of any third-party account or access by any third-party platform or service. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with your chosen use. No refund or compensation will be issued in the event of any such third-party action.

23. Software Updates & Compatibility

unixx.shop does not guarantee that any product will remain functional following updates, patches, or changes made by third-party platforms or services. If a product becomes non-functional due to a third-party change, this does not constitute grounds for a refund, replacement, or compensation. We will endeavour to provide updates where possible, but make no commitment to do so within any specific timeframe or at all.

24. Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is solely the user’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase and use of our software is legal in their country, region, or jurisdiction. unixx.shop makes no representation that its products are appropriate or lawful for use in all locations. By purchasing from unixx.shop, you confirm that you have verified the legality of such use in your jurisdiction and agree to hold unixx.shop harmless from any legal consequences arising from your use of our products.

25. Antivirus and Security Software Detection

unixx.shop sells software that may be detected as a threat, virus, trojan, or potentially unwanted program (PUP) by antivirus, anti-malware, endpoint protection, or similar security software. This is a known and expected false positive that does not reflect the actual safety or intent of the software. It does not mean the product is malicious, harmful, or unsafe.

By purchasing from unixx.shop, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand the product may trigger antivirus or security software alerts.
  • You have independently assessed and accept the risk of using such software on your system.
  • A detection by antivirus or security software does not constitute grounds for a refund, chargeback, or dispute of any kind.
  • You are responsible for configuring your own security software (e.g. adding exclusions) in order to use the product as intended.
  • unixx.shop is not liable for any consequences arising from your security software interacting with, quarantining, deleting, or blocking the purchased product.

Any dispute or chargeback initiated on the basis of an antivirus detection will be treated as a bad-faith claim. We will provide full purchase records, product documentation, and any relevant technical evidence to the payment processor or financial institution to contest such a claim.

26. Nature of Products — Buyer Acknowledgement

unixx.shop sells digital software tools. The use of any software in conjunction with third-party platforms, games, or applications is solely at your own discretion and risk. By purchasing from unixx.shop, you explicitly acknowledge that:

  • You are aware of the nature of the software you are purchasing and its intended use.
  • You accept full and sole responsibility for how you choose to use the software, including any consequences arising from such use.
  • You have independently verified that your intended use of the software complies with all applicable laws and any third-party agreements, terms, or guidelines relevant to your use case.
  • unixx.shop makes no representation as to the compatibility of its software with any third-party platform, game, or service, and does not direct or encourage any specific use of its products.
  • You are not purchasing this software under any misunderstanding of its purpose or intended use.

27. No Guarantees Regarding Third-Party Detection

unixx.shop makes no guarantee, express or implied, that any software sold on this platform will remain undetected or unaffected by any third-party system, platform, or security software at any point in time. Third-party systems are updated frequently and without notice. The current or historical status of a product with respect to any third-party system does not constitute a warranty of future status. Any change in a product’s status with respect to a third-party system after purchase does not entitle you to a refund, replacement, or any other compensation.

28. No Guarantee of Continued Functionality

Third-party software updates, patches, or platform changes may affect the functionality of any product at any time without notice. unixx.shop will endeavour to update products where feasible but makes no commitment to restore functionality within any timeframe or at all. A product becoming affected by a third-party update does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.

29. Resale and Distribution Prohibited

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or transfer any product or license key purchased from unixx.shop to any third party, whether for profit or otherwise. Violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, revocation of all licenses, and legal action for damages.

30. Prohibited Use — Restricted Environments

You may not use any software purchased from unixx.shop in any environment or context where such use is prohibited by applicable law or where it could give rise to legal liability for unixx.shop or third parties. unixx.shop accepts no liability for consequences arising from your use of our software in any context.

31. Single Account Use

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all licenses sold on unixx.shop are for single-account or single-device use only. You may not use a single license across multiple accounts, devices, or users simultaneously. Attempting to circumvent license restrictions may result in permanent account termination without refund.

32. Abuse of Support and Dispute Systems

Filing false, exaggerated, or bad-faith support tickets, chargebacks, payment disputes, or reports against unixx.shop with the intent to obtain a refund, compensation, or product access beyond what you are entitled to will be treated as fraud. We reserve the right to terminate your account, pursue recovery of any reversed funds, and seek additional damages where applicable.

33. Pricing Errors

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, technical fault, or pricing misconfiguration, unixx.shop reserves the right to cancel the order, issue a full refund of the amount paid, and relist the product at the correct price. Completion of payment at an incorrect price does not constitute a binding contract at that price.

34. Account Sharing and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — including purchases, gifted transactions, and use of Gifting Features — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorized it. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately. unixx.shop is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

35. Communications and Support

Support is provided at unixx.shop’s sole discretion and is not a guaranteed service. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or terminate support for any user at any time. Support interactions do not constitute amendments to these Terms or any commitment to provide refunds, replacements, or compensation.
